Life College is the training and equipping arm of Canberra Christian Life Centre. In partnership with a variety of organisations, it offers a number of courses and study pathways for local church members who are interested in more in-depth training for general service or leadership in the church and local community.
Courses include:
Shine Girl and Shine Women
Careforce Lifekeys Recovery Groups Facilitator Training. This course offers key insights into why people struggle, and how to bring hope and help in a supportive group environment. It covers areas such as the wounded soul, function & dysfunction, as well as how to deal with grief & loss amongst others.
Facilitator training workshops for Shine Girl and Shine Women (Hillsong CityCare). Both programs focus on placing value, finding worth, building strength and creating a sense of purpose in the lives of young girls and women. Participants in the two half day training workshops are equipped as facilitators to run these programs in the local church, schools or the wider community.
Rachel’s Vineyard Retreats
Facilitator training for Rachel's Vineyard's healing retreats. These three day weekends are designed to bring spiritual and psychological healing to men and women suffering the effects of a past abortion experience.
CAP Money
Over three sessions, this course provides simple training and practical help for those who wish to know how to more effectively manage their finances.
