Our mandate is to believe in the incredible potential of girls & women, regardless of age, status or background. We want all our girls & women to connect in relationships, being there to support, encourage & spur each other on, building into each other lives.
Apart from holding special events, and our annual United Event “Wise Up” for our Capital Country Region (15-16 June, 2012), our 'Connexions' listing also has many varied day and night groups, especially for girls/women. We also cater for our Mums with Nurture (Mothers of Babies to Pre-Schoolers) and Playgroup (where children & parents/carers all interact) – see below. There is always an opportunity to build great relationships.
PLAYGROUP: Tuesdays (10am – 12 noon)
This is a great time for parents of babies to Pre-School aged children to have some fun interaction all together. There’s special themes, song, story time, craft, games & friendship. Why not come along and bring your friends. Playgroup is a great way to meet other parents also.
NURTURE: Thursday monthly (10am – 12 noon)
This is a wonderful opportunity for Mums with babies to Pre-Schoolers, to take time out to be pampered, refreshed and inspired. Your children are given quality child care on our premises, while you just have some well-deserved “me” time. Bookings are taken for child care the Monday morning prior to Nurture by phoning Church Reception.
